Knockout Cell Lines

Alstem offers a series of knockout (KO) iPSC lines designed to support research in human disease modeling and therapeutic discovery. The parental iPSC line was generated from healthy human foreskin fibroblasts and reprogrammed through the transient ectopic expression of Yamanaka factors. Using precise CRISPR/Cas-mediated gene editing, we have developed a collection of disease-relevant KO iPSC lines that serve as powerful models for studying human development, neurodegeneration, cardiovascular disease, and rare genetic syndromes.
