Reporter Cell Lines
Alstem has developed an expanding library of dual-reporter cell lines that enable simultaneous monitoring of two independent biological processes within a single cellular context. By integrating combinations of fluorescent proteins (e.g. GFP, tdTomato) and luminescent reporters (e.g. luciferase, NanoLuciferase) into the genome, these engineered lines provide a powerful and versatile platform for studying gene regulation, signal transduction, and drug response with high sensitivity and reproducibility.
Highlights
- Two readouts in one cell line for precise, multiplexed analysis.
