Mouse iPS Cell Lines
Alstem provides a mouse iPSC line generated from primary mouse fibroblasts through the retroviral delivery of Yamanaka reprogramming factors. This line represents a robust and well-characterized tool for studying reprogramming mechanisms, stem cell biology, and differentiation potential in a murine model system.
Highlights
While the ultimate goal is the use of iPS cells in the treatment of human disease, much of research and preclinical studies are carried out with murine cells.
